The golden-haired mother of two has been traipsing to premieres of her new movie, "Iron Man," on breathtakingly high heels.On a whirlwind tour of four European countries in four days, the 35-year-old actress trotted out at least 7 pairs of heels, some as high as seven inches.

Monday night, following a premiere in Paris, Paltrow's shoes were so precarious that a bodyguard had to support her as she descended the stairs. Among the most show-stopping styles were a pair of Givenchy double-buckled, open-toed bondage boots - worn with a black pedicure, natch - and more ladylike but no less sexy lace-printed stiletto platform pumps by Italian designer Giuseppe Zanotti.
